At this point, I’m genuinely convinced this website operates more like a magic trick than an auto parts supplier. I ordered a part from 50 Stars Auto Parts and was given multiple delivery date changes, each one supposedly due to a new issue. Eventually, I received a UPS tracking number, except it never moved past “Label Created.” Not “Picked up.” Not “In transit.” Just a shipping label existing in theory. After realizing the part clearly wasn’t going anywhere, I canceled the order. That was nearly two weeks ago. I still haven’t received a refund, a confirmation number, or any formal acknowledgment that the cancellation was processed. Every time I followed up, there was a new explanation: UPS issues, bank issues, system issues, somehow never their issue. It’s impressive how consistently responsibility gets rerouted. I have no confidence that this is a legitimate operation. No product shipped, no refund issued, and no accountability taken. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company unless you’re comfortable paying for tracking numbers that go absolutely nowhere. GOODLUCK, if you choose to deal with this company!

They were very fast and friendly to help assure I got the correct part. When I got the part and I was still having issues they had a new one set my way immediately. I would recommend them to anyone! They also are fast to responding! I will definitely be going through them again!!!!!!!

Only dealt with through email and phone conversation. But they were very helpful and help me find the correct part for my needs. Part was installed at local Honda dealer and programmed to the car with no issues and all lights on the dash are gone. Very pleased with this product so far and the great service and warranty that was offered.
